Welcome.
 I am a licensed psychotherapist offering short-term counseling and
Jungian depth psychotherapy in Jupiter, Florida. Over twenty years
of experience supporting
people to make positive life changes has taught me that each of us has the
capacity for greater joy, satisfaction and peace of mind, even during hard
times.
Modern living can be hazardous to the soul. In trying to keep
up with life’s demands, we can easily lose touch with our
deeper selves. The result may be anxiety, stress, depression, relationship
