I am a Jungian psychoanalyst and licensed counselor with over twenty-five years experience helping individuals and couples to make positive life changes. This experience has taught me that each of us has the capacity for greater joy, satisfaction and peace of mind, even during hard times.

With all the complexities of life, we can easily lose touch with our deeper selves. The result can be anxiety, depression, relationship or career difficulties, meaninglessness, addictive behavior or simply feeling overwhelmed and stuck.
