Everyone has different needs when they enter therapy. My training in a variety of therapies allows me to select an approach which best meets the needs of the individual. Although I specialize in Jungian Analysis, I also draw from a variety of methods, especially relational, cognitive-behavioral, Gestalt and solution-focused approaches. This client-centered approach creates a climate of safety and supports positive change.
