Many studies confirm that the most important factor in successful therapy is the fit between client and therapist, so we will start with a preliminary phone conversation that is free of charge.

As we talk for 15 or 20 minutes, I will learn about you and your concerns, and you will have a chance to ask questions about how I work, fees, or anything else. From there, we may go on to make an initial appointment.
